• Condition: Hair extensions must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must be in their original packaging.

2. Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Condition: Hair extensions must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must be in their original packaging.
